There are two options with Supported Collection:
- Plus – products are chosen on a keyword and category basis

Products: Up to 1,000
Up to 1,000 products come standard in the Competitor Plan. Additional products can be added for a fee.
Analysis is available as an add-on for the Competitor Plan.
Our custom analysis comes from an expert in the field of turning product reviews into decision making gold. This is one of our most popular offerings as it is invaluable to have a third party look at your review data with an independent eye.
You may choose to receive analysis weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. Your account team will work with you to ensure you get the right time frame for your data volume.
Executive Summary: Add-On
Executive Summary is not included in the Competitor Plan, but is available as an add-on.
Our Executive Summary page contains the high level insights the C-Suite cares about. Perfect for incorporating in board meetings and monthly reports, this will become the most actionable top-line business intelligence that brings the customer into the board room.
Review Response: Add-On
Some sites allow manufacturers to publish a response to a review. This is incredibly important for resolving complaints, clarifying misunderstandings and ensuring no stone is left unturned when there is an unsavory opinion about you or your products.
Channel Signal calls this service “Engage”. It includes daily collection when applicable and the ability to respond without having dozens of tabs open. You may not be able to turn every review into 5 stars, but you can make yourself part of the consumer conversation in a timely manner with Engage from Channel Signal.

Textual Analysis: Yes
Industry-leading analysis tools help you uncover trending topics and sentiment in the review text. Use the word cloud as a starting point and drill down on keywords by rating, brand, category, product or e-commerce site. With our advanced keyword search, you can hone in on the exact text you’re searching for.
Keyword Drivers: Yes
About Keyword Drivers (Key Drivers)
Whether preset by you or determined by the data, drivers are key brand attributes you can monitor over time. Our team works with you to ensure each driver is complete by creating if/then rules.
For example, a running shoe company may choose these key driver topics:
The Channel Signal team will work with your team to ensure each topic has the right keywords behind them. For example, keywords that may indicate “Style” could include appearance, handsome, attractive, beautiful, ugly, compliment, cute, gorgeous, sleek, modern, stylish and more. “Style” may also include the word looks or looking, but exclude the phrases looking for or looking into. This is where the Channel Signal expertise comes in.
